Today is the 4th of February 2020. This time last year, I was hungover to the core in my room from a great night out in LIT Amherst, and I accidentally threw up in my roommates shampoo basket. *Fun times indeed. I am currently sitting in the learning commons, my wisdom teeth was hurting a lot , but I have booked myself in for an appointment so I can finally get my teeth checked up tomorrow. SUPER BOWL.
I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that time just flew past me when I was least expecting it, and it made me realise how precious and beautiful life is. I am currently sitting in the learning commons at the University of Manchester, doing my readings and contemplating about life, and so I have decided to type up this blog so I can tell you why I THINK you SHOULD study abroad if you have the opportunity to do so.
The best time I had in Manchester, was the time when I was not in Manchester. Get it ? I went to UMASS Amherst in second semester of second year, and if I could go back and re-do second semester all over again, I would in a heart beat. I really miss the United States, and I can’t wait to go there next week. I have developed a close relationship with the professors at the university, the classmates are incredibly open minded and laid back, I have met so many new and amazing people while I was studying abroad and I am beyond grateful for the opportunities that I was given.
